Questions
Do you take a cut of my orders?
No. You connect your own Stripe account and card payments go straight to you. You pay only the monthly plan.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point your domain (or a subdomain like order.yourshop.co.uk) at us and we set up HTTPS.
I have lots of shops. Can I manage them together?
Yes: one menu, per-shop hours, delivery areas, prices and teams, plus area managers and reports across all shops.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Resourcewise Consultancy Ltd acts as your processor under our data processing agreement. You can export everything at any time.
What if I cancel?
Download your data first. After closure we keep it for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently.
Is it GDPR compliant?
The tools are built in: data export, erasure, recoverable account closure, retention, cookie transparency and breach-checked passwords. You stay the controller, so review the legal pages for your business.
